Real Estate Equity
Investments generally range from $3 to $50 million, primarily focusing on office, retail, industrial, and multifamily properties in Missouri, Kansas, Colorado, and Illinois and manufactured housing communities throughout the continental United States. Post-acquisition, Mission Peak implements value-add and repositioning strategies including: leasing, tenant relations, and capital improvements.
Real Estate Debt
Investments generally range between $5 to $35 million, primarily focused on providing transitional debt to borrowers in unique and/or time sensitive situations. MPC works with borrowers to provide a customized solution that balances the credit protection that MPC investors need, without compromising or impeding a borrower’s ability to execute its business plan. MPC utilizes its experienced team to do all underwriting and due diligence in house to close transactions in a timely manner. Further, MPC is there to assist borrowers through the life of the deal.
