Wit Solberg is the founding and full partner in Mission Peak Capital. Prior to founding Mission Peak Capital in 2008, Mr. Solberg ran the syndicate desk for commercial real estate debt products at Deutsche Bank in Asia (ex Japan). Based in Hong Kong, he structured and sold transactions throughout Asia including deals in Hong Kong, China, Singapore, and Indonesia, among others. Before joining Deutsche Bank, Mr. Solberg worked for Fitch Ratings, both in the New York mortgage securities group and, later, as the Agency's Head of Asia Pacific Structured Debt. In that capacity, he evaluated and chaired a committee scoring all iterations of securitized credit products. Mr. Solberg also worked at PNC Bank, NA and its predecessor, Midland Loan Services, in both Commercial Mortgage Loan Origination and Servicing. Mr. Solberg has over 15 years of experience in all facets of commercial real estate including debt and equity investments, distressed debt and NPLs, and asset management.
Mr. Solberg is a licensed Series 65 Investment Advisor Representative. Mr. Solberg holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, and a BA in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis.
Chris Dunn is a full partner in Mission Peak Capital. Prior to joining Mission Peak Capital, he spent over 10 years at Deutsche Bank in various roles in New York, London, and Hong Kong. Most recently, Mr. Dunn was a Managing Director and Head of Structured Finance in the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Group based in New York. Other roles include Head of CRE Lending for EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) and Co-Head of CRE in Asia (ex Japan). Before joining Deutsche Bank, Mr. Dunn was a Principal in the Real Estate Finance Group at Banc of America Securities. Prior to joining Banc of America Securities, Mr. Dunn was a Director in the Structured Finance Group at Standard & Poor's and was responsible for rating all types of commercial mortgage backed securities. Mr. Dunn has over 20 years of experience in all facets of commercial real estate including debt and equity investments, distressed debt and NPLs, and asset management.
Mr. Dunn is a licensed Series 65 Investment Advisor Representative. Mr. Dunn holds a BS in Business Administration from Boston University.
